This application has been filed praying for correction of typographical errors mentioned in the order dated 05.06.2025 passed by this Court in AB/824/2025. 3. In the 2nd and the 8th paragraphs of the said order “Kalaigaon PS Case No.38/2015” has been inadvertently mentioned, whereas it should have been “Kajalgaon PS Case No.38/2025”. 4. The error stands corrected. 5. Henceforth, the word “Kalaigaon PS Case No. 38/2015” appearing in the order dated 05.06.2025 passed by this Court in AB/824/2025 shall be read as “Kajalgaon PS Case No. 38/2025”. Page No.# 3/3 6.
