The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a suitable order or direction thereby direct the opposite party no.1 i.e. Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Court No.26, Sultanpur to decide the Case No.263 of 2014 (Somai vs. Siraj) pending since 28.05.2014 in which the date for ex-parte final hearing against respondent is fixed on 09.07.2025 within stipulated time, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the suit is of the year 2014, the writ petition is disposed off directing the opposite party no.1 to decide the aforesaid suit expeditiously within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
