Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet has been laid in the instant case vide Charge Sheet No. 151/2025 dated 31.03.2025 and in view of the same, Ms. G. Borah, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be allowed to move the appropriate application before the concerned Court. Prayer is allowed.
