This application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the petitioner Surazit Chakraborty @ Surajit Chakraborty has prayed for releasing him on bail after he was arrested in connection with Kajalgaon P.S. Case No.78/2025. 3. The petitioner was caught red handed in a Beauty Parlour where he was found indulging in illegal activities with some girls. 4. Mr. Parasar has pressed for calling of the Case Diary. 5. Mr. Khan submits that the petitioner has already spent 32 days in judicial custody and as such considering the period of detention already undergone by the petitioner in custody should be taken as a ground for releasing him on bail. 6. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 7. This Court is of the opinion that the submission made by Mr. Khan has force in it. 8. Under the given circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner no longer deserves to be detained in custody for any further period of time. His bail application is allowed. 9. The petitioner Surazit Chakraborty @ Surajit Chakraborty who was arrested in connection with Kajalgaon P.S. Case No.78/2025, shall be released on bail of ₹20,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chirang (BTAD), Kajalgaon.
