Sharma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. By the last order, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor was directed to get the instruction as to whether any case is registered against the present Page No.# 2/2 petitioner and in pursuant to the said direction, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has placed an instruction dated 04.09.2025, which reveals that a case has been registered in Borkhola P.S. Case No. 44/2025 against the petitioner, namely Kashim Uddin @ Kashim Shooter, S/o Late Siddek Ali and that pursuant to the said FIR, investigation was conducted and the Charge-sheet was also filed vide Charge-sheet No. 51/2025 dated 14.07.2025 showing the petitioner as absconder and the said Charge-sheet has been submitted before the learned CJM, Cachar, Silchar. In view of the same, Mr. N.H. Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may pursue his remedy before the concerned Court.
