According to petitioner, he made repeated representations to the Chief Education Officer, Dehradun for initiating selection process for supplying vacancies on various teaching and non-teaching posts in Swami Ramteerth Kanya High School, Rajpur, Dehradun, but no decision thereupon has been taken so far. He submits that number of posts, both teaching as well as non teaching, are lying vacant since last several years which is adversely affecting academic atmosphere in the college. 3. He submits that inaction on part of Chief Education Officer in taking decision in the matter is without any reason and justification whatsoever. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that since petitioner has made representation and he has also sought writ of mandamus, therefore, competent authority can be directed to take decision on the representation. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits 2025:UHC:10504 that petitioner be permitted to make fresh representation in the light of judgment dated 03.09.2025, rendered in WPMS No. 2839 of 2023. 6. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make fresh representation.
