Present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 26.03.2025 of Case Crime No. 0236/2025, under Section 305(a) of B.N.S., P.S.- Fatehpur, District- Barabanki contained in annexure no.1 to this writ petition only in respect of petitioners in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. parties concerned not to harass and arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. dated 26.03.2025 of Case Crime No. 00236/2025 under Section 305(a) of B.N.S., P.S.- Fatehpur, District- Barabanki, in the interest of justice." 3. Copy of the instructions placed before the Court by Sri Arun Kumar Pandey, learned State Counsel, is taken on record. He based upon the instructions submitted that till date the petitioners have not been found involved in the crime indicated in the F.I.R. No. 00236 of 2025, lodged on 26.03.2025 under Section 305(a) of B.N.S. at Police Station Fatehpur, District- Barabanki and accordingly the petitioners would not be harassed/arrested unless found involved in crime. 4. In view of aforesaid, this Court finds that no adjudication in the matter is required. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is consigned to record with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition or avail the remedy, as available under law, if cause arises.
