Learned counsel for the petitioner states the due to an inadvertent mistake, some error have crept in, in the prayer clause of the writ petition. 2. The petitioner is permitted to do the necessary correction in the prayer clause during the course of the day. 3. Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(1) Issue an Order or Direction to the Learned Additional Principal Judge (VIII) Family court, Lucknow to decide the Regular Suit No.232/2022 (Gurjeet Versus Lakhvinder), under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act 1955 as early as possible within reasonable time of few weeks in the interest of Justice." 4. Considering the fact that the proceedings are pending since the year 2022, present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid case positively within a period of six months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
