Mr. Hari Om Bhakuni, learned counsel for the applicants. 2. Mr. Deepak Bisht, learned Deputy A.G. along with Mr. Rakesh Negi, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. By means of the instant criminal miscellaneous application, the applicants seek quashing of the order dated 29.04.2025 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bageshwar in Misc. Application No. 33 of 2025, as well as the order dated 25.07.2025 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Bageshwar in Criminal Revision No. 02 of 2025. Further relief is prayed for directing respondent no.2 to release the vehicles in favour of the respective applicants. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the controversy involved in the present matter is identical to the one already adjudicated by this Court vide judgment and order dated 09.02.2026 passed in C-528 No. 1378 of 2025. It is, therefore, prayed that the present application may also be decided in terms of the said judgment, with specific reference to the vehicle numbers of the present applicants. 5. Learned State Counsel does not dispute the aforesaid submissions advanced on behalf of the applicants. 6. Accordingly, the present C-528 application is disposed of in terms of the judgment and order dated 09.02.2026 passed by this Court in C-528 No. 1378 of 2025. 7. It is directed that the competent authority shall release all 48 vehicles in favour of their respective applicants/owners, including the vehicles bearing registration Nos. UK-02-CA- 1064, UK-02-CA-0738, UK-02-CA-0443, UK-02- CA-0664, UK-02-CA-9090, UK-02-CA-0673, UK- 02-CA-0713, UK-02-CA-0820, UK-02-CA-1313, UK-02-CA-1817, UK-02-CA-9238, UK-02-CA- 0961, UK-02-CA-8241, UK-02-CA-0455 and UK- 02-CA-9617, in accordance with law and subject to the same terms and conditions as stipulated in the aforesaid judgment.
