Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:36889-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 5712 of 2025 Petitioner :- Rustam Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Revenue Lko And 10 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Prabhakar Srivastava,Ashish Kumar Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J.
1. Heard.
2. Petitioner claims an order having been passed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in his favour but has not annexed the same. The grievance is that opposite party nos.4 to 11 who are private parties are attempting to take possession of his land in collusion with opposite party no.3 who happens to be the S.H.O., P.S.- Pali, District-Hardoi.
3. We have gone through the pleadings. The allegations are vague. No date and time has been given as to when an attempt was made by the private opposite parties with the support of opposite party no.3 to take possession of the land. Nevertheless, without recording any conclusive opinion, if there is a cause against opposite party no.3, the petitioner may approach the Superintendent of Police, Hardoi. As regards the private opposite parties, he may initiate proceedings as per law. We see no reason to proceed any further in the matter.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.) Order Date :- 1.7.2025 Shanu/- Digitally signed by :- SHANU SUMAN High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
