By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have sought quashing of the First Information Report registered as F.I.R./Case Crime No.240 of 2025 u/s 85, 115(2), 351(2), 74 B.N.S & 3/4 D.P. Act of P.S Madiyaon Distt Lucknow. 3. On 30.05.2025, parties were directed to appear before the Senior Registrar for verification of compromise. The Senior Registrar has submitted its verification report dated 10.06.2025 along with the settlement entered into between the parties, whereby the parties have settled their dispute amicably. 4. According to the terms of the compromise, parties have settled their dispute amicably. They further agreed to withdraw the cases filed against each other including First Information Report F.I.R./Case Crime No.240 of 2025 u/s 85, 115(2), 351(2), 74 B.N.S & 3/4 D.P. Act of P.S Madiyaon Distt Lucknow. 5. Learned counsel for the parties state that both the parties are living together and that there are no further claims or demands against each other with respect to the matter involved in the present writ petition. 6. Considering the terms of settlement, we, accordingly, quash the FIR. All proceedings/investigation which may have been held consequent thereto are also quashed and the writ petition is allowed. 7. The Senior Registrar of this Court shall communicate this order to the Court concerned for correcting its record, accordingly. 8.
