On 08.08.2017, the writ petition was adjourned at the request of learned Standing Counsel for four weeks. Thereafter, the matter was listed today. 3. Sri Shaik Khaja Basha, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 3 & 4 would submit that the Board was constituted for one year SRS,J W.P.No.26437 of 2017 by proceedings dated 02.08.2017 (Ex.P2). He further would submit that by efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. 4.
