Therefore, this Court is directing the respondent to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner, his wife, and his mother-in-law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there is any criminal activity, the respondent shall initiate appropriate action against the petitioner's mother-in-law in accordance with law. 4.
