Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) To set aside the impugned judgement dated 15.7.2024 passed by the Court of Principal Judge Family Court Raebareli in Miscellaneous case no. 107 of 2024 (Shivani Sharma vs. Rahul Bhudadra). (ii) To pass an appropriate order or direction to Additional Principal Judge-II, Family Court, Raebareli to decide the application dated 4.7.2024 under section 152 of Code of Civil Procedure filed before the Court of Additional Principal Judge- II, Family Court Raebareli in Miscellaneous case no. 107 of 2024 (Shivani Sharma vs. Rahul Bhudadra) expeditiously in a time bound manner." 2. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the injunction application filed in the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within four weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
