The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "to issue order or direction directing to the opposite party no.1 i.e. Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Lucknow to decide the Stay Application 6 Ga under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC arising out in original suit no.322 of 2025 (Jyotsana Gond and others vs. Sudha Gond) within a stipulated time as early possible in the interest of justice within specific stipulated period." 3. Considering the fact that the stay application 6-Ga under order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC is pending, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid stay application pending in OS No.322 of 2025 expeditiously within a period of six seeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
