ORDER: The Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to quash the proceedings in 2021 of Eleswaram Police Station, East Godavari District. Crime No.71 of

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned instructions, submits that after Assistant Public Prosecutor, on completion of investigation, the investigating Officer filed charge- before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. However, the Court sheet below has returned the said charge-sheet with certain objections and as such, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor requested this Court to grant some-time to resubmit the charge-sheet filed before the Court below. of the fact that the investigation is already completed and pending only for filing charge-sheet, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Criminal Petition instead of keeping it pending.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, directing the police to resubmit charge-sheet by duly complying with the objections raised by the Court below, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks, from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
