No one appears on behalf of the respondent even in the revised call. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 12.03.2019 whereby, the appellate court has set aside the order dated 15.02.2018 passed by the trial court in Suit No.637 of 2016. 3. In the order impugned, it was observed that the appellant was not in possession irrespective of the finding recorded. 4. As the suit is of the year 2016, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously preferably within a period of one years without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. 5. The parties shall maintain status quo till disposal of the suit. 6. The writ petition is disposed off in the above terms.
