By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "i. Issue a writ in nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2-5 to recalculate the G.P.F amount deposited in G.PF Account No. IRRIU-60644 considering the evidence of details of deduction of petitioner's contribution year-wise submitted by petitioner contained as Annexure no.9 to this writ petition. Issue a writ in nature of mandamus commanding opposite party no.2 to pay interest at the rate, permissible under law, to petitioner on remaining amount for the period the amount is withheld with opposite parties." After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be decided by respondent no.5. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Perused the record. Considering the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no.5 i.e. Adhishasi Abhiyanta, Badh Karya Khand Barabanki, District Barabanki within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.5 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
