This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer :- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties specially the opposite parties no. 1 to 5 to not disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioner and no objection should be made on the construction works which the petitioner is doing on the land of which he is the rightful owner by opposite parties no. 06 to 08." We have gone through the representation of the petitioner dated 30-04-2025 made to the District Magistrate, Ayodhya. It appears that the petitioner has a private dispute with Anika Prasad alias Kariya Prasad, Murlidhar alias Dulki and Amar Nath. The writ petition is not maintainable. It is dismissed as such with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
