GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is troubled by the 3rd respondent at behest of 4th respondent and the 3rd respondent is pressurizing the petitioner to settle the dispute between the 4th respondent and threatening the petitioner to vacate the premises and hand over the same to the 4th respondent. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home, on instructions, submits that, the 3rd respondent has received a complaint from the 4th respondent, who is the sister of the petitioner and the petitioner has been called for preliminary enquiry. It is submitted that the police have counseled both the parties to settle the matter before the appropriate Court, as the matter relates to a property dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 5.
