This petition has been filed with the following main prayers :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.1 to sanction the necessary funds and ensure the payment of outstanding dues in the tune of Rs.4,67,000/- (Rupees four Lacs sixty seven thousand Only) along with interest @ 18 % p.a. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to decide the representation dated 22.04.2025 as according to law within a specific period." At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner prays that this writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh.
