Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the respondents. 2. It is stated that the opposite party no.4 was recognized as a minority institution, which was granted affiliation. It is stated that in the said institution fifteen percent seats were reserved for Management Quota and the petitioner desirous of obtaining admission applied under the Management Quota. Subsequently, on account of glitches being created by the respondents, the petitioners could not apply, as such, they approached this court and detailed orders were passed by this court on 12.12.2023 and on subsequent dates, permitting the petitioners to appear and suitable directions were also issued. 3. It is stated that now the petitioners have completed second year (fourth semester), however, the results are not being declared. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioners have undertaken the studies and have completed their second year, the respondents no.2 & 3 are directed to declare the result of the petitioners forthwith in accordance with law. 5.
