No-664/2022 (Ram Subhag and others Versus Smt Sunita and another), Under Order-7 Rule-1 of the Civil Procedure Code in regard of cancelation of registered will Deed executed on date 8-10-2021, pending in the court of Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Tanda Ambedker Nagar at the earliest within a time fixed by the Hon'ble Court." 2. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application for early hearing before the Court concerned which shall be considered as per the administrative guidelines issued by this Court.
