The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Direct the court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bahraich to decide the interim relief application of the petitioner which is pending in Regular Suit No. 85 of 2025 (Shriram Versus Guddu and others) in which next date is fixed for 22.07.2025 and further prayed to this Hon'ble Court during pendency of the interim relief application, direct the opposite parties to maintain status-quo over the land in dispute, in the interest of justice, as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this petition." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the interim relief application pending in the aforesaid suit expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
