The writ petitioner has lodged a complaint seeking for the removal of encroachments made by the respondents 3 and 4. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 would submit that a survey was conducted in the year 2023 and that the subject property belongs to the respondents 3 and 4. 3.In view of the above, the second respondent/the Tahsildar, is directed to conduct a field inspection and survey with reference to the revenue records available and identify the encroachments, if any.
