And called for the report from the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Ananthapuramu and forcibly obtained a statement from the petitioner for refund of sale advance amount is illegal, improper and arbitrary….” 2. Heard Ms.A.Padma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions would submit that the respondent-police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent.
