Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 16.10.2024, whereby the delay condonation application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal was rejected. 3. The order of the court below indicates that the appeal was filed after about 24 years. It was also noticed that Suit No.686 of 1996 was decided on 20.11.1996, declaring the rights as were claimed in the plaint. It was also recorded that the petitioner/appellant is an educated person and the adoption as declared in the suit was by through a registered instrument. 4. No reasons whatsoever appear in the delay in filing the appeal explaining the delay of 24 years. 5. In view of the findings recorded, no interference is called for. 6.
