CMP(M) No.766 of 2025 Keeping in view the averments made in the application under Section 5 of Limitation Act, duly supported by affidavit, we are of the opinion that sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay in filing the appeal. Therefore, delay of 29 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered. Application stands disposed of. LPA Filing No.22132 of 2025 2. Notice be issued to the respondent, returnable within four weeks, on taking steps within a week. 3. Reference is made to pendency of LPA No.228 of 2025, titled as State of H.P. and others vs. Rukmi Devi and others along with connected matters, which has been admitted in view of the stay’s granted subsequently by the Apex Court after the decision of Civil Writ Petition No.2274 of 2021, titled as Satya Devi vs. State of H.P. and others, decided on 28.05.2024. 4. The matter is admitted for regular hearing to be heard with LPA No.228 of 2025. CMPST No.22402 of 2025 5. Notice in the aforesaid terms Operation of judgment passed by learned Single Judge in CWP No.808 of 2025, titled as Ravi Kumar Versus State of H.P. & Ors., decided on 10.01.2025, shall remain stayed.
