The instant revision has been filed seeking following main relief(s):- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to set aside the impugned judgment & order dated 11.07.2022 passed by learned juvenile justice board, barabanki in misc. application no. 41 of 2022 (state of u.p vs child delinquent 'a' arising out of f.i.r. no. 0110 of 2022, under section-376,452,506, i.p.c. & 3/4 pocso act, police station-Haidergarh, District- barabanki passed by juvenile justice board, Barabanki and judgment & order dated 30.07.2022 passed by the child court / special judge, (pocso act), court no 44 in criminal appeal no.36 of 2022, in the interest of justice." Learned counsel for the revisionist has preferred an application (Crl. Misc. Application No. IA/4/2025) for withdrawal of instant revision and prays for withdrawal of this revision for the reason that the matter has already been fixed for judgment before the Juvenile Justice Board. Taking note of the aforesaid, the application (Crl. Misc. Application No. IA/4/2025) for withdrawal of instant revision is allowed. The instant revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
