Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a direction to the Civil Judge (JD), North, Room No. 25, Sultanpur to decide the Original Suit No. 175 of 2028(Kailash @ Dhanpatta Versus Ayodhya Prasad & others), pending since 17.03.2018, expeditiously within stipulated period as early as possible." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
