Learned counsel for the petitioner states the due to an inadvertent mistake, some error have crept in, in the prayer clause of the writ petition. 2. The petitioner is permitted to do the necessary correction in the prayer clause during the course of the day. 3. Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) issue a direction to the opposite party No.1, the - Civil Judge (Jr.Div.), Vth, Faizabad, to decide the O.S. 365 of 2022 "Suresh Kumar Versus Chama Devi & others", pending since 1.4.2022, expeditiously within a stipulated period as soon as possible." 4. Considering the relief as prayed for, present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application for early hearing before the Court concerned which shall be considered as per the administrative guidelines issued by this Court.
