No order sheet after 01.11.2021 has been annexed by the applicant. In view of above, this Court is unable to ascertain as to what is going on in the case. Learned counsel for the applicant also could not tell about the current status of the trial at this stage. Even otherwise in view of law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the application for early disposal can be moved and considered by the concerned court.
