Inspite of the notice, none for the respondent. 3. This application is filed by the applicant-wife seeking transfer of the matrimonial proceedings bearing Petition A 53 of 2025 pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Pune to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Aurangabad. 4. It is stated that she is residing at Aurangabad with her old age parents. He distance between two places is around 250 k.m. She thus Ethape ( 2 ) 964-MCA-117-2025 finds it difficult to attend the Court at Pune as there is no one to accompany her to travel to Pune. There is a proceeding bearing PWDVA No.144/205 under Section 12 of the D. V. Act, pending in the Court of learned JMFC at Aurangabad. He thus prays for allowing the application. 5. Considering the convenience of the applicant-wife, this Court finds that it would be in the interest of justice to allow the application. Hence, the following order:- ORDER (i) Misc. Civil Application is allowed. (ii) The proceedings of Petition A 53 of 2025 pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Pune stands transferred to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Aurangabad. (iii) After transfer of the proceeding, the applicant shall not seek unnecessary adjournments. In case the Trial Court finds that the adjournments are unnecessarily sought, the Trial Court may deal Ethape ( 3 ) 964-MCA-117-2025 with such application, so as to compensate the respondent- husband, if he personally remains present. (iv) If the husband makes a prayer to appear through video conferencing, such prayer be considered liberally by the Trial Court. (v) With this, Misc. Civil Application stands disposed off.
