Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The grievance raised in the present petition is with regard to correction of the entries pertaining to chak No.s 121, 122 and 650 old and new situated in Village Ramdeeh Sarai, Pargana Vidahar, Tehsil Tanda, District Ambedkar Nagar. 3. From a perusal of the record it is clear that consolidation operations have already been concluded by communicating notification under Section 52 of Consolidation of Holdings Act and in the present circumstances the grievance as raised by teh petitioner would adequately be looked into under Section 38 of U.P. Revenue Code. 4. In light of the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application under the U.P. Revenue Code for correction of the revenue records and in case such an application is moved within two weeks, the same shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law. (Alok Mathur, J.)
