Higher Secondary School, Sanyasiyowala, Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar. Petitioners were aggrieved by the order dated 26.6.2023, whereby they were transferred to other schools. No interim order was passed by this Court in favour of petitioners. (3) Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the order of transfer passed qua petitioner no. 1 and 3 was subsequently cancelled by the competent authority on 26.7.2023. Thus he submits that the relief claimed qua petitioner no. 1 and 3 do not survive. (4) As regards petitioner no. 2, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that writ petition has become infructuous as he joined his duties at the transferred place, pursuant to impugned order. (5) In such view of the matter, no useful purpose would served by keeping the writ petition pending. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
