Fakharuddin, facilitated order dated 25.07.2025 issued by the Director of Education (S), Government of Manipur and submitted that the order dated 17.07.2024 rendered by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.A. No. 70 of 2023 has been complied with, except for the cost. Further, the learned counsel for the respondents undertake that the cost will be paid within a week. Keeping in view the submission which is made by the learned counsel for the respondents and so also the compliance order dated 25.07.2025 are concerned, it is deemed appropriate that this contempt petition may be closed. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is hereby closed.
