Cr.MP No. 1098 of 2026 It has been submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner that the objections have been removed and the matter is listed before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India on 6.4.2026. Since the Hon’ble Supreme Court is already seized of the matter and the applicant can always approach the Hon’ble Supreme Court for seeking a relief, therefore, it would be improper for this Court to extend the time as the same would amount to overreaching the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Hence, in these circumstances, the extension of time cannot be granted by the Court and the application is dismissed. Present application stands disposed of.
