Let the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Sultanpur look into the matter as to how far the allegations of the petitioner are correct, if they are, then he shall do the needful. If the property has been attached as claimed, otherwise he shall communicate to the Commissioner the correct factual position as inquired by him. 4. Let this be done at the earliest. 5.
