Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh with proper legal heirs and appropriate parties. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. In case, if the petitioner moves an application for return of certified copies, the office shall do the needful within three days.
