By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the case for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, the impugned orders dated 28.11.2022 and 29.11.2022 arbitrary, invalid, unauthorized, unwanted, illegal, discriminatory, based on fraud therefore hit by the postulates of Article 14, 16. And 21 of the Constitution of India and liable to be set aside in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, any other relief (s) which the Hon'ble Court deems fit proper may kindly be pleased to granted in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the afflux of time, the petition has been rendered infructuous. 3 3. Learned counsel for the respondents agreed with the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner and has no objection. 4.
