Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.4 and 5 to ensure the recovery of entire amount from opposite party no.6, Chief Medical Officer, Pratapgarh in pursuance of recovery certificate dated 28.03.2024 (as contained in Annexure No.3) issued by the opposite party no.2, Assistant Labour Commissioner, Pratapgarh expeditiously at the earliest in a time bound manner as this Hon'ble Court may think just and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice." 2. Considering the fact that the recovery certificate has been issued and is pending, present petition is disposed off directing respondent no.5 to ensure that the recovery certificate issued is executed in accordance with law positively within a period of two months if there are no other legal impediment in the form of any stay by any competent Court of law.
