Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Umesh Chandra Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Subhash Vidyarthi,J. 1. Heard Sri Umesh Chandra, the learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Rajeev Kumar Verma, the learned Additional Government Advocate-I appearing on behalf of the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been filed by the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. bearing Case Crime No. 99 of 2025, under Sections 376, 506 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Aliganj District Lucknow North (Commissionaerate Lucknow) 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged on 20.04.2025, stating that the applicant exploited the complainant under a false promise of marry and thereafter he avoids to marry her and is threatening to spread her photo virally. 4. In the affidavit filed in support of the anticipatory bail- application it has been contended that the applicant is an innocent person, he has falsely been implicated in the present case and he has no criminal history. 5. The learned A.G.A. has opposed the anticipatory bail application and he has produced the relevant extract of case diary for perusal of the case. In the statement of the complainant recorded under Section 180 B.N.S.S, she reiterated the F.I.R version and in this statement, she stated that she is aged 23 years. 6. The medico legal examination report of the complainant did not disclose anything which may support the F.I.R allegations. 7. The complainant has recorded her statement under Section 183 B.N.S.S, wherein she has levelled several detailed allegations against the applicant, a perusal whereof persuades this court for not exercising discretion of this Court by granting pre arrest bail to applicant. 8. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected. However, in case the applicant files an application for grant of bail, the same shall be considered and decided on its merits, without being influenced by any observations made in this order.
