The petitioner is anticipating that a case may be registered against him in I Town police station, Chirala, Bapatla District. 2 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent no.2. 4. Without going in the merits of the case, when ascertained by the Court that whether any case was registered against the petitioner, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.2 submitted that no FIR has been registered against the petitioner till now.
