The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To issue a order or direction in the exercise of its supervisory jurisdiction, directing the Civil Judge (SD), Court No. 43, Lucknow i.e. the respondent no. 1 to adjudicate and decide the application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 CPC, 1908 pending before it in Civil Suit No. 2902 of 2014 in a time bound manner, as expeditiously as possible. " 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
