The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing and setting aside the impugned termination order dated 26.07.2024 passed by Respondent No. 3 and all consequential departmental proceedings initiated against the petitioner. (ii) Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to reinstate the petitioner forthwith to her original post with full back wages, seniority, and all consequential service benefits." In view of the availability of the remedy of appeal, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. It is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before appropriate appellate authority, which shall be considered and decided as per law, expeditiously say within a period of six months from the date of filing of such appeal.
