Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel who appears on behalf of opposite parties no.1 and 2 and Shri Gaurav Tripathi who appears on behalf of opposite party no.3 and Shri VKS Bisen and Aditya Tiwari and Rudransh Singh who have filed their power on behalf of opposite parties no.8 and 10 which is taken on record. This petition has been filed with the following main prayers :- "(i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the notice dated 24.05.2025, passed by opposite party no.4 as SHO Police Station Bijnaur, Lucknow, copy of which contained in Annexure no.1 in this writ petition. (ii) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing Notice issued by O.P. no.2, letter no.2359/DS (M)/RWA Cell/ 2025 dated 22.5.2025, copy of which is contained in Annexure No.2 to this writ petiton. (iii) A writ, order or direction in hte nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to continue the election voting process at Kalp City, Bijnaur Road Lucknow. On 8th June, 2025 or 15 June, 2025 which is subject matter of the instant writ petition during the pendency of the writ petition in the interest of justice." We have gone through the notice issued by the LDA dated 22.5.2025. Hearing in the matter has been fixed by the Deputy Secretary RWA Cell on 30.5.2025 at 04:00 PM, i.e., today itself. If the petitioners allege usurpation of jurisdiction of UPSIDA by LDA they should approach the Deputy Secretary and file their objections today itself.
