ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents, in taking steps to fill up the post of Asst. professors in replacing the

petitioner by way of fresh recruitments instead of absorbing or regularizing the services of the petitioner as assistant professor in the existing vacancies or respective departments and not paying the regular salary to the post of assistant professor as arbitrary, legal, discriminatory, unconstitutional violating Art 14, 16, 21 of the Constitution of India, and issue consequential directions, directing the respondents to forthwith continue the writ petitioner in service as assistant professor till absorbing or regularizing the services of the petitioner as assistant professor in existing vacancies, in view of qualification, service, taking into account similar directions passed by this Hon'ble High court dated 28-02-2018 in I.A No.1 of 2018 in W.P No. 5979 of 2018 and orders dated 9-04-2018 in I.A No. 1 of 2018 in W.P No. 11662 of 2018 with all consequential benefits.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri K.B.Ramanna Dora,
learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petition may be
disposed of by giving liberty to the Petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the Respondent-University and a direction may be given to the Respondent-University to consider the representation according to law.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation to the University and on such representation, the Respondent-University is directed to examine the same and take appropriate decision according to the governing rules and law. There shall be no order as to costs.
