This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the concerned respondent to take appropriate steps for restraining OP NO-04 from raising construction over the land Khasra no.-782 (Unpartitioned Land) situated at Village- Sekhnaghat Majre- Bakkas, Pargana- Gosainganj and Tehsil- Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow in the interest of justice." It appears that the petitioner has a dispute with the co-tenure holder i.e. respondent no.4, who is raising construction on the land belonging both to the petitioner and to the respondent no.4. The petitioner has a remedy to approach the Appropriate Forum. The Writ jurisdiction is not meant to solve private dispute. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
