Petition has been filed challenging provisional/ temporary seniority list dated 13.05.2025 with a further prayer directing opposite parties to restore the final seniority list dated 08.08.2023 and for considering the same for further promotion to the post of Senior Assistant. 3. Learned State counsel has been provided written instructions dated 04.07.2025, which are taken on record and as per which the tentative seniority list pertaining to the post of Junior Assistant dated 13.05.2025 has been cancelled reviving the earlier final seniority list dated 08.08.2023. Petitioner No.1,2 and 3 have already been promoted on the post of Senior Assistant. 4. In view thereof, nothing more remains to be adjudicated upon this petition, which is accordingly consigned to record without any adverse effect on benefits already provided to petitioner.
