By means of this petitioner, the petitioner has prayed the following reliefs:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the salary to the petitioners to the post of Head Master of Primary Schools as shown against their names with effect from the date, the petitoners are appointed as Incharge Head Master as shown against their names in the consolidated sheet with all consequential benefits, within a stipulated period as may be specified by this Hon'ble Court." Attention has been drawn at the bar that the identical controversy has been disposed of in a bunch of special appeal bearing leading Special Appeal No. 652 of 2024 vide order dated 30.04.2025. Since, the learned counsel for the parties have not disputed the aforesaid fact, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of finally in terms of judgement and order dated 30.04.2024 passed in Re:- Special Appeal No. 652 of 2024, Secretary, U.P. Basic Education Board and 2 Others Vs. Tripurari Dubey and 3 Others and other connected matters.
